Kick off your day with an Acai Berry & Chia Seeds Healthy Bowl and reward the family with the rich delicious chocolate dessert – Creme de pot.
Says Pradeep Rawat, Executive Chef, Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar, ” We as chefs are always looking at presenting our guests with an array of colours on their plates and think of it as eating the rainbow and making it fun. Dark, leafy greens, oranges, and tomatoes—even fresh herbs—are loaded with vitamins, fibre, and minerals. Adding frozen peppers, broccoli, or onions to stews and omelettes gives them a quick and convenient boost of colour and nutrients.”
He adds, “Breakfast is a great way to start your day. These foods are typically high in fibre, protein, healthy fats, and micronutrients like eggs, yogurt, fruits, or fresh fruit juices.”
