With a meritorious experience of over 23 years, Gaurav Misra has worked with renowned hospitality brands across the globe including Marriott, The Leela Hotels, Carlson, and Carnival Corporation limited. In his last assignment, Gaurav was associated with The Westin Pushkar as an Executive Chef.
His strong foundation and seasoned experience in culinary operations, as well as modern gastronomy, make him the perfect fit to forefront the diverse Food & Beverage offerings at DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer.
Gaurav’s culinary expertise ranges from specialization in western Indian cuisine and pastry. He is a master of creative buffet setups, fine dining presentations, as well as high-volume catering for banquets and conventions.
Gaurav has earned many accolades for his merit, including the award of Bacardi cruise competition among the cruise lines in USA. He successfully achieved the HACCP certifications and TAP certifications ensuring a high level of food safety management.
