The Resort Mumbai announced the joining of Priti Jha as the new Hotel Manager.
Priti brings over 16 years of rich cross functional experience at some of the finest luxury, business and leisure hotels under Marriott and Hyatt brand across the country.
With extensive knowledge of opening and launching new brands of hotels in India Priti Jha is an astute player in team management, driving profitability and exceeding customer satisfaction.
Her last assignment was as Director of Rooms for the Four Points by Sheraton – Navi Mumbai.
She comes with function expertise in setting up operations – having created customer friendly processes, concepts and experiences across various hotel categories. Her practice encompasses rooms division, hotel operations, pre-opening projects, revenue management and marketing.
In the past Priti Jha has worked with Hyatt Regency Kolkata, Hyatt Place Hampi, Park Hyatt Hyderabad, Andaz Delhi, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar & Le Meridien Hyderabad.
When not at work Priti likes to travel to new destination & stay home with plants in home garden.
