The Clarks Hotels and Resorts appointed Alam Khan as Vice President Sales.
Alam Khan is an accomplished hospitality professional with more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector. He has worked with many renowned brands such as Sarovar Hotels, Holiday Inn, and Nikko.
As a professional, he is a quick decision-maker, and comes with a rich experience in all phases of management systems, personnel management, guest services, and overall support functions. He brings a wealth of expertise in the sales & marketing and revenue management domain.
As Vice President Sales for The Clarks Hotels and Resorts, he will be responsible for working in sync with organizational goals, achieving targets, training employees, and implementing quality initiatives. Further, he would nurture effective relationships. He is known in the industry for strong contracting and negotiation skills.
Alam Khan started his career with Sarovar Hotels in the year 2000, further he worked with reputed hospitality names across different departments in leadership roles. In his last position, he worked at the post of director of revenue and distribution for Sarovar Hotels and Resorts, managing 100 Hotels.
He is an alumnus of Agra University, and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management.

My key focus will be on enhancing The Clarks Hotels overall revenue with strong sales and strategy support to individual properties as well as the corporate office. My immediate task is to finalize the business plan for the new hotels, planning everything in detail and exploring new business opportunities. I am confident my understanding of business and relationship with various stakeholders in the market, will assist The Clarks Hotels and Resorts in achieving new heights both domestically and internationally.”
