B. Lakshmi Narayanan has been appointed as Director of Finance at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace.
Lakshmi brings over a decade of deep understanding and command over domain experience in financial planning and analysis, financial control, taxation, and budgeting. Spearheaded the hotel’s business strategy he will continue to evolve innovative finance structures and mentor the team towards success.
He was previously responsible for leading Sterling Holidays Resorts Limited as a Vice President- Finance. Lakshmi started his journey as an Audit Manager with SPR & Co. He has worked with various flagship hotels such as Hyatt Regency Chennai, Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott, Vivanta by Taj, Fisherman’s Cove, etc. Lakshmi has extensive experience in the successful implementation of effective audit controls and obtains the best deals in price and service, both key to achieving working capital targets. Lakshmi stood 5th in the Marriott South Asia Audit Boot Camp.

In his current role as Director of Finance at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, he will oversee all of the hotel’s financial operations; namely accounting, auditing, budgeting, financial reporting, and purchasing functions. Narayanan’s expertise and foresight will effectively guide the hotel to strive toward productivity with valuable financial principles to build on and grow.
