Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences is pleased to announce the appointment Arpita Mukherjee as the Learning & Development Manager.
Arpita joins from her latest assignment at Fortis Healthcare India Ltd. as Head of Learning & Development (Eastern Region).
With more than two decades of enriching experience across diverse brands including Nike, Flipkart Health Plus (Sasta Sundar), Café Coffee Day, JIS Group, Jet Airways and Gulf Air, she will be responsible for building and driving the overall training and growth for all the Heartists of Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences. She will furthermore be working on optimizing the Accor training programs and mentoring individual growth closely.
