From Live Shushi stations; Dim sums to noodles; satays to fritters, the brunch aims to replicate the streets of South East Asia. Start off with some refreshing Asian flavour inspired drinks like Ca Phe Sua Da, Cilantro and lemongrass iced tea, Kaffir lime Orange Lemonade and some flavoured Indian Lassi.
Food includes Singaporean chilli crab, Thai Chicken Satay served with peanut sauce, Bao with different fillings, and Vietnamese Summer Rolls.
Chef choices on the brunch menu include:
- Takoyaki: Japan’s famous Takoyaki (octopus balls), from Osaka.
- Madurai Kari Dosa: Rice pancake cooked with egg and minced lamb masala.
- Peking duck with mandarin pancakes.
