A passionate hotelier with an impressive experience of around 17 years in the Hospitality Industry, he was associated with various brands like Leela Kempinski, Park Hyatt and IHG. with expertise in Italian, Western, Indian and Asian cuisine.
Shankar boasts of a rich and diverse culinary background, including both classic cooking and modern techniques and has the expertise to deliver a luxury experience in all food and beverage departments of the hotel. The hotel is confident that his culinary skills and leadership abilities will be a great asset and will help continue to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Outside his realm of work, he enjoys cooking, travelling, trekking, wildlife photography, music, and reading.
