The Ritz Carlton, Pune announced the appointment of Asmita Deshpande as the new Learning and Development Manager.
In this role, Asmita Deshpande will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing comprehensive learning and development programs that align with the organization’s growth and objectives.
With 13 years of experience in the learning and development industry, Asmita Deshpande brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this critical role. Prior to joining the Ritz Carlton, Pune, Asmita served as Learning and Development Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Nashik, where she successfully designed and implemented a wide range of training programs, resulting in significant improvements in employee engagement, retention and productivity.
In her new role, Asmita Deshpande will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports employee growth and organizational success. This will involve conducting training needs assessment, identifying skills or knowledge gaps and collaborating with department managers and subject matter experts to design and deliver training programs.
