Nitish Dubey has been appointed as the new food and beverage manager at Fairfield by Marriott Mumbai International Airport.
Nitish has more than 13 years of expertise working at a variety of luxury, lifestyle, and business hotels. Nitish has worked with prestigious brands throughout his career, including Sofitel BKC, JW Marriott, Westin, Renaissance, and Radisson Blu Groups.
He is known for his commitment to customer service, ensuring high-quality service, building productive relationships, resolving complex issues, and fostering customer loyalty.
Nitish will play a key role in processes including restaurant operations, guest experience management, administration, restaurant revenue forecasting, F&B planning, concept promotions, cost control, and beverage initiatives in his present position at Fairfield by Marriott.
Under the leadership of vice president Ajoy Balakrishna, the Fairfield by Marriott Mumbai International Airport employs seasoned experts, including sales manager Dawood Qureshi, front office manager Ravi Mehta, and housekeeping manager Pawan Poojari.
