Hyatt Pune announced the appointment of Kunal Verma as the new Executive Housekeeper.
Kunal will play a crucial role in upholding and enhancing standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that Hyatt is renowned for.
He holds an MBA degree in hospitality administration and management from Amity University.
Having almost a decade’s experience in the housekeeping industry, Kunal brings a wealth of experience to the role, having held various senior positions in prestigious hotels and resorts nationwide.
As the Executive Housekeeper, he will oversee and lead the housekeeping department of Hyatt Pune, ensuring that each guest experiences the utmost comfort and cleanliness during their stay. With an unwavering commitment to quality and attention to detail Kunal will implement innovative strategies and best practices to maintain and exceed the brand’s high standards.
