Azure Hospitality appointed Vineet Kochar as its new Chief Operating Officer.
Having been associated with the company for over a decade, Vineet Kochar has worked consistently and closely with the company’s set goals and objectives.
His vast experience in the hospitality industry from the very beginning gives an edge to his working style and method. From a restaurant manager at Subway Dubai and Mcdonald’s India to a franchise manager at QSR, brand head at Subway, Baker St, Pinos, and Pollo Campero, post which he worked at Lite Bite Foods for five years, his varied roles have been instrumental in his ancillary growth in the industry.
Drawing on his leadership skills, experience with diverse brands, and evolved understanding of the industry, in his new role, Vineet Kochar will be focusing on overseeing the daily operations of the company. His main aim will be to ensure smooth functioning of all teams to meet the company’s common goals and objectives. He will also be working closely with other executives to develop and implement strategic plans, streamlining processes, and identifying opportunities for growth. Managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards while also working with senior management to ensure that the company is providing high-quality service to guests and customers.
Speaking on his new journey with Azure Hospitality, Vineet said, “Having worked with Azure Hospitality for over a decade now, I am keen to grow with the brand and take on newer and more challenging roles in compliance with the company’s targets and with an aim to grow it further while also maintaining the current standards”.
