Aman is grew up in Burdwan, West Bengal. He is an extrovert who enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, travelling and adventure.

With an impressive background in the hospitality industry, Chef Aman has had 9 years of experience in the hospitality and 4 years as an Executive Chef. Chef Aman will oversee all culinary aspects of the hotel including menu planning, overseeing food quality, enhancing standards, increasing productivity team management, cost control, creativity, activating collaborations and ultimately guest satisfaction.

Chef Aman started his career as a Sous Chef and has worked with many hotels in India, Las Vegas, Mauritius & Maldives such as Vivanta Dal view, The Lalit Golf and Spa Resort, Aria Resort, Fenicia Resort and Spa, YMCA International, The Residence Mauritius and Avataara Resort and Spa. He will also collaborate closely with other departments, such as event planning and marketing to ensure seamless coordination and execution of culinary operation and ensure the consistent delivery of high quality food.
