Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa has announced Prashant Thakur as the Director of Operations.
With a wealth of experience spanning over 17 years in leading Food & Beverage operations, Prashant brings a seasoned and versatile approach to the hospitality industry. This marks his first venture as Director of Operations.
In his fresh role, Prashant’s responsibilities encompass overseeing all hotel operations, identifying innovative avenues for revenue growth and enhancing guest experiences.
Previously, Prashant held the position of overseeing the Food & Beverage function for the pre-opening property at Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar from December 2021. Throughout his career with Hyatt, he has been associated with various distinguished brands under the World of Hyatt umbrella, including Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt, and currently Hyatt Centric. In addition to his tenure with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, he has also gained valuable experience working with Hilton Worldwide.
