IHCL has appointed Ram Maheshwari as the new Area Director for Chandigarh, Punjab, HP, J&K and General Manager for Taj Swarna Amritsar.
Bringing enriching experience to the role, Ram has been with IHCL for 21 years, working at Taj hotels across the globe as well as the corporate and regional offices.
He will give leadership support to Taj hotels in Chandigarh, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu and Kashmir in his new role.
As an adroit leader, Ram has demonstrated remarkable proficiency across various Taj hotels and offices, showcasing his deep understanding of the industry. His previous accomplishments, particularly in leading the sales function for the Gateway brand and driving sales initiatives in the South region, International hotels, and Expressions, highlight his exceptional leadership and strategic vision.
Furthermore, his contributions in stakeholder and owner management, along with his efforts in establishing a structured framework for interactions with owning partners, reflect his commitment to building strong, collaborative relationships.
