Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of a new hotel in Talegaon, Pune. This Greenfield project will be branded as Vivanta.
Speaking on the occasion, Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, at Indian Hotels Company Limited, said, “This signing will strengthen IHCL’s presence in Pune, a key commercial city in Maharashtra. Talegoan is a leading automobile and manufacturing hub in the state and it is poised for further growth with increasing infrastructure development in the area. This will be IHCL’s fifth hotel in Pune. We are delighted to partner with RMK Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, for this hotel.”
The 140-key hotel spread over 2.5 acres is strategically located on Talegaon MIDC road, at a short driving distance from the leading multinational companies. The hotel will feature an all-day diner-Mynt, a speciality restaurant and Wink, the bar with over 4000 sq. ft. of banquet space. The recreation facilities will include a swimming pool, a gym and a spa.
