With an impressive 16 years of enriching experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Vikram Jaiswal has garnered acclaim for his innovative culinary creations and exceptional leadership.
Chef Vikram Jaiswal brings a wealth of expertise from his distinguished career, having worked with prestigious establishments such as ITC Sonar Kolkata, Hyatt Regency Delhi, Taj Mahal Hotel New Delhi, Swissotel Kolkata, The Lalit New Delhi, and The Leela Ambience Gurugram. Chef Vikram Jaiswal specializes in Western cuisine, having collaborated with renowned chefs from around the world, including Turkey, Italy, China, France, Japan, Mexico, among others. His culinary journey includes completing master classes from the esteemed Alain Ducasse, holder of Three Michelin stars.
