Park Hyatt Hyderabad has announced the appointment of Chef Damiano Di Nunzio as the Italian Head Chef and Chef De Cuisine.

An esteemed culinary maestro with a rich heritage in Italian gastronomy, born into a family of chefs, Chef Damiano brings an unparalleled passion for authenticity and a decade of international culinary expertise to the vibrant culinary scene in India.

Hailing from a family deeply rooted in the culinary arts, his culinary journey is a global odyssey, with stints in six countries, including Romania, Portugal, Egypt, Ireland, and Italy, before making his mark in India.

Being a prestigious culinary school graduate he carries the ethos of bringing authentic Italian cuisine to global audiences. His diverse experience spans fine dining restaurants, 5-star hotels, and even cruises. Notably, he played a pivotal role in transforming the restaurant of The Europe Hotel in Ireland, elevating it to international acclaim.

His culinary finesse extends beyond Italian cuisine, incorporating Romanian and Portuguese gastronomy influences. His remarkable achievements include the transformation of a restaurant in Egypt’s Zamalech region and contributing to the success of Sud Lisboa, one of Lisbon’s finest restaurants, in Portugal.
