Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport has announced the appointment of Amol Nerurkar as its new Director of Food & Beverage.
Amol brings in an exemplary experience of over 15 years in managing several aspects of hi-end city & resort Food & Beverage operations. He believes, care for guests and associates is the key to success for any hospitality leader.
In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing the Food & Beverage operations, strategizing new revenue streams, maintaining profitability and training his team of leaders to achieve better productivity.
Amol Nerurkar started his hospitality journey in the year 2009 with JW Marriott Juhu after graduating from Bharti Vidyapeeth. Later, he moved oversees to Constance Ephelia Resort, Mahe, Seychelles. He has worked with various brands like Jumeirah Vittaveli & JA Manafaru in Maldives until he joined Westin Langkawi & LICC as Manager Restaurants, he further went on to take the Role of Assistant F&B Manager at the same property. After a stint of 9 years abroad, he joined Jaipur Marriott in 2019 and Aloft Aerocity Delhi in 2021.
Starting with Marriott fresh out of college, Amol has come a full circle in 13 years back to his home ground Mumbai, as the pre-opening F&B Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai and now with us at the Holiday Inn International Airport.
