With a decade of culinary experience behind her, Chef Bussarin embarks on a new chapter in her career, bringing authentic Thai flavours and a passion for cooking to the heart of Kochi.

Hailing from the Northeastern part of Thailand, Chef Bussarin Choksiri’s culinary journey began in her family kitchen, inspired by her grandmother’s traditional Thai cooking. It was there, amidst the aromatic scents of steamed fish and tomato chilli sauce, that a young Bussarin developed a love for the culinary arts, a passion further nurtured by her sister, a talented pastry chef.

Starting her career as a Commis Chef, Bussarin explored every corner of the kitchen, from the precision of pastry to the bustling hot and cold sections, before dedicating herself to mastering Thai cuisine. Her diverse kitchen experience has equipped her with a unique culinary perspective, blending traditional Thai flavours with contemporary techniques.
