Hussain brings over 14 years of culinary experience and a passion for fusing traditional Indian flavours with global influences.

Before joining here, Athar Hussain gained extensive experience as a Chef de Cuisine at Grand Hyatt. He also honed his craft at renowned brands like Marriott Whitefield and Leela Palace Bengaluru.  His innovative approach earned him recognition as a talented Indian specialist with a skill for incorporating international flair.

In his new role, Athar Hussain will take the helm of the hotel’s culinary team.  His focus will be twofold: leading his team and overseeing menu development.  With a commitment to quality and creativity at the forefront, Hussain will ensure every dish served meets the highest standards, innovative and delicious.
