With an extensive background spanning over a decade in the hospitality industry, Babita brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role in the 212 Key hotel.
Prior to joining Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall, Babita Butola served as the Deputy Housekeeper at Vivanta Bengaluru –Whitefield, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing guest satisfaction and maintaining the aesthetic standards of the hotel. Throughout her career, Babita has been recognized for her outstanding contributions and achievements. She has been awarded prestigious accolades such as the “Wall of Fame” multiple times, “Safety Champion,” and “Executive of the Month.” Her dedication to excellence and commitment to guest service have earned her accolades and commendations within the industry.
