Chef Vaneet Wadhera is widely recognized as a culinary maestro, renowned for his inventive approach to Indian and global cuisine. His passion for food and unparalleled expertise has established him as a prominent figure not only in the culinary world but also in pre-openings, concept development, and food & beverage operations.
Throughout his career, Chef Vaneet Wadhera has held diverse roles, including Chef, Director of Food & Beverages, General Manager at RAAS Hotel, Rajmahal Palace, Jaipur, Mentor, and Advisor, showcasing his versatility and leadership in the hospitality industry. His culinary journey has taken him around the globe, where he honed his skills in renowned kitchens such as Indian Accent, Bibendum, Babek, Maroush, among others, working alongside esteemed chefs like Claude Bosi, Jason Black, Shaun Kenworthy, Abdul Ali, Manish Mehrotra, and Christian Garcia.
Chef Vaneet Wadhera’s accolades include the prestigious Silver Hat Award and numerous commendations, highlighting his dedication to culinary excellence. His dishes are celebrated for their bold and harmonious flavours, exquisite presentation, and meticulous attention to detail, offering guests a unique and unforgettable dining experience.
