In his capacity as Cluster General Manager, Narayan Tharoor will provide strategic oversight and operational guidance to both Courtyard by Marriott and Port Muziris, Kochi Airport Hotel. His primary focus will be on upholding the highest standards of service, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency across both properties.
Prior to joining Courtyard by Marriott and Port Muziris, Kochi Airport Hotel, Narayan Tharoor served as the General Manager at Holiday Inn Zirakpur, where he demonstrated his leadership prowess and contributed significantly to the hotel’s success. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership positions with leading hotel chains, where he has consistently delivered exceptional results in terms of guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
Narayan Tharoor’s journey in the hospitality industry began in Food and Beverage, where he honed his skills and demonstrated a relentless commitment to excellence.
