With an illustrious career spanning over 24 years in the hospitality sector, Sachin brings a wealth of expertise and leadership acumen to his new role.

In his capacity as General Manager, Sachin Shet will lead the hotel teams with unwavering commitment and hands-on guidance, drawing upon his extensive experience to elevate operational excellence. His strategic vision will be instrumental in shaping innovative strategies while upholding the highest standards of service, ensuring unparalleled guest satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency.

Sachin’s journey in the hospitality industry commenced in Food & Beverage operations, from where he progressed to assume pivotal roles in both leisure and business hotels across India. Joining Marriott International in 2022 marked a significant chapter in his career trajectory, culminating in his recent role as Hotel Manager at JW Marriott Juhu Mumbai. Prior to his tenure with Marriott, Sachin honed his skills with esteemed luxury brands such as Taj and Leela, enriching his understanding of hotel operations and guest service dynamics.
