Hilton signs Kochi’s first DoubleTree by Hilton hotel, strengthening its footprint in Kerala

Hilton has announced the signing of its first DoubleTree by Hilton in the vibrant port city of Kochi, the commercial capital of Kerala.

Developed in association with Indraprastha Group, DoubleTree by Hilton Kochi is scheduled to open in 2029 and will be Hilton’s It second hotel in Kerala, after Hilton Garden Inn Trivandrum. 

The new-build hotel is located along NH 47 in Maradu, one of Kochi’s most sought-after business districts. It will offer easy access to the airport, the city’s technology hubs, and commercial complexes, as well as with seamless connectivity to the state capital of Thiruvananthapuram, and Kerala’s popular tourist hotspots. Upon completion, the hotel will feature 171 stylish guest rooms, including residential accommodations and spacious suites.
