Shri Suresh Gopi takes charge as Minister of State of the Tourism Ministry, Government of India on 11 June 2024.
The Minister interacted with the senior officers of the tourism ministry and talked about his vision for the development of the tourism sector in the country.
The Minister of State is a Member of Parliament from Thrissur, Kerala. The Malayalam actor-turned-politician has made history by becoming the first BJP MP from Kerala, marking the party’s inaugural victory in a Lok Sabha election in the state.
