The Westin Chennai Velachery has announced the appointment of Mohd Nazil Khan as the Assistant Manager – Marketing and Communications.
A passionate hotelier and results driven professional, he brings with him more than eight years of rich exposure in marketing and handling a dynamic range of operations.
Prior to this role, Mohd Nazil handled marketing for Dotcalm Unified Services in New Delhi, pivoting a cluster of hotels to achieve their marketing goals. He achieved this through strategic positioning of campaigns and actively driving quality initiatives, helping turn around client satisfaction while also ensuring fruitful employee and client relations.
He started his career with the Le Meridien – New Delhi as a front office associate gaining experience in operations and exposure to guest services. In his career journey spanning over eight years, he has worked with some of the finest hotels and organizations in India namely, Le Meridien New Delhi, Leela Palace New Delhi, CGH Earth, Belvilla, IPAC and Dotcalm Unified Services.
An alumnus of IHM Gwalior, Mohd Nazil is also pursuing his MBA from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. An enthusiastic and energetic personality, he is very careful about treating people well at all times.
An avid learner, Mohd Nazil also loves traveling, air rifle shooting and horse riding.
