With these signings the chain’s portfolio of managed properties continues its high growth trajectory through the asset right strategy.

Expected to open in early 2025, Storii by ITC Hotels, Jaipur and Storii by ITC Hotels, Jawai will exemplify the brand’s ethos to offer immersive experiences. Including the recently announced signing of Storii Jaisalmer, Brand Storii will now have a total of 3 properties within the state of Rajasthan.

Thakur Shri Mansingh Kanota, Owner, Castle Kanota, expressed his elation stating, “Built in 1872, Castle Kanota was the intended official family residence for the Kanota family. We have since hosted many a dignitary and are now in the process of expanding the property into a heritage resort. As the needs of the typical traveler change towards experiential, we trust ITC Hotels to bring its expertise and nuanced hospitality to this property with brand Storii.”

Spread across 12-acres, Storii Jaipur is located on the Jaipur-Agra Road, a short drive from the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. Set amidst nature, the resort captures the architectural brilliance of the city’s heritage that is witness to the beauty of a bygone era. The central courtyard opens up to the sky, enriching the natural ambience. 

Silhouettes of the beautiful sky, the hues of pink of the city and the surrounding Aravali Hills create a stunning stage for weddings and events. Framed by stunning archways, the resort welcomes you with lush gardens that provide a serene foil to the majestic stonewall exterior. 

Located less than 2-hour drive from Udaipur, Storii Jawai will feature 15 expansive rooms and suites with private open areas, an all-day dining restaurant, a bar and lounge. The resort includes a recreational area with a swimming pool, fitness centre and a kids play area.

Jawai, named after the Jawai River is located midway between Jodhpur and Udaipur. Slowly becoming one of the most preferred offbeat eco-tourism destinations, Jawai is known as a year-around wildlife destination that is home to leopards, birds, and crocodiles. Surrounded by Aravali Hills, it is also a winter paradise for migratory birds with more than 100 species frequenting every year from across the world.
