With 14 years of impressive repertoire of knowledge in food and beverage industry, this is his second stint as the F&B Manager. Prasanta brings to the table immaculate grooming standards, etiquettes, and a wealth of expertise in sales and marketing, beverage contracting, and team building.
This dynamic professional has enjoyed an exponential career growth with top tier hospitality brands since completing his Bachelor in Hotel Management from Subhas Bose Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata. Having previously worked with esteemed brands such as Marriott, Sheraton Grand Bangalore and The Leela Group, Prasanta is a highly talented and dynamic professional who has garnered widespread acclaim for his exceptional contributions to the hospitality industry.
Throughout his career, he has managed multiple high-profile restaurants and lounges, including South India’s highest lounge bar, High Ultra Lounge, located in the World Trade Center. As he steps into his new role at Hyatt Centric Kolkata, Prasanta is set to bring his signature blend of innovation, expertise, and leadership to the property’s food and beverage offerings.
