With an exceptional track record of delivering top-notch guest experiences and propelling operational momentum, Nitin Tanwar brings his expertise to Grand Hyatt Gurgaon. In his role as Director of Rooms at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, Nitin will be responsible for the overall functioning of the rooms division and will spearhead various functions like front office, housekeeping, reservations and guest service. He will pioneer efforts to uphold the hotel’s commitment to quality and service excellence.
His career in hospitality excellence started with esteemed brands like Trident, The Leela, and Marriott where he demonstrated skill in managing room segments and operational functions to optimize guest satisfaction and build enduring client relationships.
