The St. Regis Mumbai has announced the appointment of Shreyash Dwivedi as the new Food and Beverage Manager.
With over 9 years’ experience in luxury hotels, Shreyash is well-equipped to lead his new role.
Shreyash Dwivedi has joined as the Food and Beverage Manager at The St. Regis Mumbai. In his new role, Shreyash will assist in overseeing the hotel’s food and beverage operations.
Prior to joining The St. Regis Mumbai, Shreyash held the position of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at The Leela Palace Chennai. There, Shreyas played a key role in managing the food and beverage department, coordinating with various outlets, and maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
His career also includes a significant experience as an Outlet Manager at Accor, where he managed multiple outlets in hotels in Chennai and Kolkata, and at Marriott International in Bengaluru. These roles involved overseeing daily operations, staff management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dining experiences.
Shreyash began his career as a Corporate Management Trainee and then Outlet In-Charge at Taj Hotels, and an Internship at Sofitel Dubai.
Shreyash holds advanced educational background from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), including the Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits and has completed his B.Sc. in Hotel & Hospitality Management from IHM Bangalore. These qualifications enhance his expertise in beverage management and contribute to his ability to deliver exceptional service in high-end dining environments.
With his extensive background in food and beverage management and his specialized training, Shreyash is well-equipped to enhance the dining experience at The St. Regis Mumbai, driving excellence in service and guest satisfaction.
