With over 20 plus years of rich experience in his culinary journey, Chef Ajeesh has joined the Raviz family. In his welcome address, Chef Ajeesh shared his philosophy: “Passion makes us master anything under the sun. Mix genuine effort with knowledge, and your dreams may unfold on your table.” His culinary journey, marked by over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is poised to bring a fresh wave of diversity and innovation to the Raviz Calicut and its valued guests.
Previously he worked as Executive Chef at KL 13 Ventures Pvt Ltd and held significant positions at renowned hotels such as IHG, Media One Hotel, and The Monarch Hotel. His extensive background and passion for cooking will play a crucial role in enhancing the culinary landscape of the region.
