With over two decades of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, Chef Arun Shaw brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.
Most recently, Arun served as the Banquets Chef de Cuisine at Grand Hyatt Kochi, where he demonstrated his proficiency in managing large-scale banquet operations, destination weddings, corporate events, and multi-cuisine fine dining experiences. His distinguished career spans several prestigious establishments, including Grand Hyatt Mumbai and Sahara Star Mumbai, where he mastered Lebanese, Japanese, Mediterranean, and Spanish cuisines.
Arun’s notable contributions to pre-opening task forces include his instrumental role in the successful launches of Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad and Hyatt Regency Thrissur. His leadership has also been showcased at high-profile events such as APICON 2019, AIOC 2023, and PEDICON 2024, solidifying his reputation as a key player in India’s hospitality industry.
