Hilton has announced the signing of Hilton Garden Inn in Whitefield, Bengaluru, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth within “India’s Silicon Valley”

Set to open in early 2025, this new property will bring Hilton’s Bengaluru portfolio to seven trading and ten pipeline hotels. 

The Hilton Garden Inn, Bengaluru, Whitefield, being developed in partnership with Minerva Executive Apartment Private Limited, a repeat owner and existing operator of the Hilton Garden Inn Pune Hinjawadi, will be Hilton’s third hotel in Whitefield, after the DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Whitefield which opened earlier this year and Curio Collection by Hilton, Bengaluru, Whitefield, scheduled to open in 2025. 

Bengaluru hosts four Hilton brands, from the luxury Conrad Bengaluru, to the full-service Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park and DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Whitefield, now further growing its focused-service portfolio with Hilton Garden Inn with Hilton Garden Inn, Bengaluru, Whitefield. 

Hilton Garden Inn in Whitefield will be located in the prime commercial area with easy access to key business hubs and tech parks, including International Tech Park, Prestige Shantiniketan, and the Export Promotion Industrial Park (EPIP) Zone. The close proximity to these business hubs will offer guests multiple dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

Hilton’s portfolio of trading and pipeline hotels in South Asia stands at 55, reflecting the company’s strong growth trajectory in the region, putting the company on track to triple its presence to 75 hotels in the coming years. This strong growth reflects Hilton’s commitment to establishing a formidable presence in the region, reaffirming its position as a leader in the dynamic South Asian hospitality market.
