Katra Marriott Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Ravi Arya as the new Hotel Manager
With industry exposure across leading hotel chains in India, Ravi Arya was previously the Director of Sales & Marketing at IHG Hotels (Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad City Centre) along with some key commercial roles with Hilton, IHG & Marriott International. Being armed with a Masters in Tourism Management from Institute of Management Studies, Delhi/NCR makes him well equipped to thrive in his chosen field. He is a passionate individual with strong business acumen, innate ability to elevate brand standards, create bespoke guest experiences, and craft an environment with the finest employee work culture.
With 12 years of diverse experience under his belt, his key strengths include Commercial, hotel operations, marketing, financial management and team management among many others. He is also committed to stellar financial performance, market share growth, improving service standards as well as maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders.
In his new role as Hotel Manager of Katra Marriott Resort & Spa, Ravi Arya envisions an exceptional roadmap for the hotel’s leading position within the hospitality landscape. With his robust experience across several disciplines, he will steer the property to provide experiences that are synonymous with MHRS Brand. Apart from being extremely business focused, Ravi Arya is also passionate about health & fitness.
