His recent achievements include successfully leading the pre-opening of Holiday Inn Katra Vaishno Devi, where he rapidly positioned the property as a top-ranking hotel on TripAdvisor.
Previously, Ritesh Sharma served as General Manager at Holiday Inn Express New Delhi International Airport T3, where he excelled in operational excellence and guest satisfaction, achieving multiple awards for the property. His association with Crowne Plaza began during his tenure as Director of Rooms at Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla, where he was instrumental in achieving top employee engagement scores and operational successes.
