With an impressive background in designing and executing innovative learning strategies, Anshul is a post graduate in Human Resources & marketing & brings 15 + years of experience in Hospitality that leads in driving talent growth and fostering a culture of continuous learning across organizations.
She is passionate about engaging & empowering employees to reach their full potential and is committed to developing programs that align with people’s aspirations and the company’s long-term goals.
In this new role, Anshul Verma will be leading the charge of the brand’s India Hotels that is The Roseate Samalkha, Roseate House Aerocity, The Roseate Ganges Rishikesh, Roasted by Roseate & Iskate.
Her main focus will be, shaping and executing a future-focused learning strategy, building dynamic programs that fuel leadership, performance, innovation, and championing a learning culture that drives both personal and organizational growth
