With over a decade of experience in hospitality sales, Nikhil Dalvi joins Grand Hyatt Mumbai from The Oberoi Group, where he served as Senior Sales Manager, overseeing the Corporate FIT team and achieving remarkable revenue growth across key properties. Known for his expertise in strategic sales planning and client relationship management, Nikhil has consistently driven successful sales initiatives that boost profitability and strengthen brand loyalty. In his new role at Grand Hyatt Mumbai, he will lead the hotel’s sales strategy, focusing on optimizing revenue opportunities, expanding client portfolios, and positioning the property as a premier choice for luxury in Mumbai.

Recognized for his meticulous approach to revenue strategy and competitive benchmarking, Harish has a strong track record in maximizing profitability through data-driven insights and operational efficiency. At Grand Hyatt Mumbai, he will oversee revenue management strategies, optimize pricing and distribution channels, and collaborate closely with the sales and reservations teams to drive growth and uphold the hotel’s exceptional standards.
