The group now operates six hotels in Nepal viz Boudha Lords Eco Inn- Kathmandu, Anuttara Lords Plaza- Kathmandu, Dayalo Lords Plaza- Birgunj, Diamond Palace Lords Plaza – Nepalgunj, Redsun Lords Plaza – Lumbini Bhairawaha, Launching Mandala Norling Lords Prime Kathmandu. They also owe and operate a Hospitality Management Institute in Surat, India 

The hotel is strategically located on the Maharajgunj Ring Road, just 4 kilometers from Tribhuvan International Airport. This strategic location facilitates easy access for guests to UNESCO World Heritage sites and key tourist attractions, such as Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Basantpur Darbar, to name a few.
