Chef Dhiraj has honed his skills through various prestigious roles, including his most recent position as Head Chef at Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad. He has also held leadership positions at Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar as a Sous chef, Marriott Suites Pune as a Jr Sous Chef, and Danat Al Ain Resort in the UAE as a CDP.
Known for his creative approach to Indian and western cuisines, Chef Dhiraj emphasizes sustainable sourcing, top-notch food quality, and efficient cost management.
