Surat Marriott Hotel has announced the appointment of Chef Sudeep Taramu as the new Chef de Cuisine at Vintage Asia, the hotel’s Pan-Asian speciality restaurant
With over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Sudeep brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role, having honed his skills under master chefs and at prestigious hospitality brands like Marriott International, Radisson, and IHG.
In his previous roles, Chef Sudeep served as Sous Chef at XO, JW Marriott Chandigarh, and as Junior Sous Chef at NI HAO, Radisson Blu Indore. His extensive experience spans across diverse Asian culinary styles and high-pressure hospitality environments.
He has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in designing festive menus, innovating new dishes, and training teams in sustainability practices.
