Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield has announced the appointment of Chef Gaurav Paul as the new Executive Chef
With over 20 years of extensive culinary experience, Chef Gaurav brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and passion for innovative cuisine to the esteemed hotel.
Chef Paul’s impressive journey in the hospitality industry includes leadership roles at some of the most prestigious brands, such as Hyatt Regency Kolkata, Vivanta By Taj MG Road Bangalore, Radisson Chandigarh, The Chancery Pavilion, Bangalore Carnival Cruise Line & many more. His expertise lies in blending contemporary flavours with timeless dining traditions and crafting menus that are as innovative as they are exquisite. Before joining Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield, Chef Paul served as an Executive Chef at Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Golf Links.
An enthusiastic and versatile professional, Gaurav is the epitome of culinary expertise, specializing in contemporary Western and modern Indian cuisine. In his previous roles, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in both pre-opening and post-opening phases, excelling in menu creation, food cost management, and staff training.
In his new role as Chef, Paul will be responsible for menu planning, recipe development, cost control, revenue optimization, concept creation, and ensuring food preparation and safety standards. His focus is on delivering a world-class dining experience for guests. Known for his ability to manage complex kitchen operations with precision, Chef Gaurav is expected to bring fresh energy and creativity to the hotel’s offerings.
