Since joining as Director of Sales and Marketing in 2023, Michael has played a key role in strengthening the hotel’s market presence and driving commercial success.
In his expanded role, he will now oversee hotel operations, working closely with teams to enhance efficiency, elevate service standards, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
