Accor has announced the signing of Novotel Tirupati and ibis Styles Tirupati, a new cluster hotel in India’s pilgrimage destination of Tirupati
The expansive 350-key multi-brand hotel complex is set to transform the hospitality landscape of Tirupati, a city that draws millions of devotees to the renowned Tirumala Venkateswara Temple each year. As Tirupati evolves into a hub for education and business, bolstered by expanding infrastructure and modern amenities, this venture will play a crucial role in meeting the growing demand for quality accommodations.
This milestone signing underscores Accor’s commitment to expanding its presence in key destinations across India. Developed by Shravanthi Hotels & Resorts Private Limited, the new cluster of hotels will feature 180 guest rooms at Novotel Tirupati and 170 guest rooms at ibis Styles Tirupati, ensuring a diverse range of options to accommodate all types of travellers.
With a strategic location on Tirupati’s main road and easy access to the airport as well as major spiritual and tourist attractions, Novotel Tirupati and ibis Styles Tirupati are poised to become symbols of hospitality excellence in the region. Their proximity to iconic sites enhances their appeal for visitors seeking a comprehensive travel experience.
