Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall has announced the appointment of Aishwarya Biswal as the new Front Office Manager.
With over seven years of experience in room’s management and a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences, Aishwarya brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to her new role.
Prior to joining Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall, Aishwarya Biswal served as the Assistant Front Office Manager at Hyatt Centric Chandigarh, where she played a key role in managing front office operations, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, and enhancing guest experiences. Her dedication to excellence and commitment to guest satisfaction have been recognized through numerous accomplishments, including being named the Recognized Face of the Hotel at Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa in 2017 and receiving the Best Intern award at The Leela Palace Mumbai in 2014.
