Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels has announced the promotion of Ajit Kumar as Assistant Vice President Operations North.
An astute hospitality professional with 21+ years of qualitative experience in Hotel operations. A dynamic manager with just the right mix of supervisory and motivational skills, he believes in leading his team to operational excellence, from the front. A disciplinarian with a keen eye for details.
Under his supervision as AVP Ops North for Royal Orchid Hotels, he will be leading 28+ operational hotels and More than 10+ pre-opening hotels. His role includes handling multiple dimensional roles for the group based out of Jaipur, where his expertise comes under development and operations.
Ajit Kumar in his new role will be responsible for providing strategic guidance in operating the hotel in the entire North India in line with the brand standards of Royal Orchid and Regenta Hotels; whilst meeting employee, guests, and owner’s expectations. Further to this the Expansion and Development of Royal Orchid and Regenta Hotels in the northern region also will be one of his important roles.
