Hyatt Regency Delhi has announced the appointment of Amit Chawla as the new Director of Food and Beverage.
A seasoned and professionally trained food & beverage leader, he has emerged as a distinguished figure in the world of hospitality, showcasing remarkable expertise and an exceptional track record in overseeing comprehensive food & beverage operations. With a career spanning over two decades, Amit is known to consistently deliver exceptional results, setting new standards and benchmarks in the industry.
Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Delhi, Amit Chawla led the food and beverage vertical at Crown Plaza Greater Noida as the Director. His extensive experience also includes roles with other renowned brands such as Aloft, Courtyard by Marriott, and participation in task force teams for the preopening of hotels such as JW Marriott Jaipur and Fairfield by Marriott in Lucknow, Jodhpur, and Pune. Amit’s journey began at Jaypee Palace and Convention Centre, where he started as a hospitality assistant and worked his way up to the prestigious role of Director.
Amit has also earned well-deserved recognition in his career, being named the runner-up in the “F&B Manager of the Year” category at the prestigious “Hotelier’s India Award 2021.” Additionally, in 2021, he was honored with the title of “Departmental Leader of the Year” during his tenure at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida. These accolades are a testament to his outstanding contributions and leadership in the food and beverage industry.
