Atlys has announced the appointment of Ananth Iyer as Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Ananth Iyer will lead the company’s financial strategy and operations as Atlys accelerates its international growth.
Ananth brings over a decade of financial expertise to Atlys. He most recently served as Director in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young where he guided clients through complex financial analyses and strategic decisions. His previous experience at B S R and SR Batliboi includes extensive work in financial reporting, compliance, and risk management across technology, consumer markets, telecommunications, and financial sectors.

Throughout his career, Ananth has worked closely with startups and investors, demonstrating extensive knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and transitions to IND AS and IFRS. His appointment reinforces Atlys’s commitment to building a team capable of delivering on its vision of providing seamless global travel experiences to its consumers.
