Anit Saklani has been promoted as Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) – F&B at The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie.
Earlier he was the Executive Chef at the same property. Anit has been associated with the industry for more than 15 years and has worked with some of the best hospitality brands.
Before joining The Fern Hotels & Resorts, he was associated with The Fairmont, Jaipur, DoubleTree by Hilton, Ahmedabad, Courtyard Marriott, Umed Bhawan Palace and Jaypee Palace, Agra. His international assignments include working in Muscat and the Middle East. He is well-versed in menu planning, recipe development, standardization, cost control and budgeting.
Anit is a creative & open-minded person with a proven ability to lead, follow directions and a willingness to learn from challenges.
